Initially the special projects were anthologies that involved other amazing authors. The proceeds of each book went to a local cause near and dear to Lori’s heart.
Now Lori Foster continues with novellas, many involving her most popular series, The Buckhorn Brothers. It’s a project that her publisher is also very involved with.

Benefit Book proceeds go to the Animal Adoption Foundation
The Animal Adoption Foundation is a non-profit no-kill shelter for dogs and cats that have been abused or abandoned. AAF provides a safe and humane environment for dogs and cats that are waiting to be adopted. Our caring volunteers and generous, loving donors enable us to provide a safe and happy haven for our special friends. The shelter currently houses approximately 85 cats and dogs.
Raffle Proceeds:
Raffle proceeds go to CancerFree KIDS
Raffle proceeds will go to CancerFree KIDS. The mission of CancerFree KIDS is to eradicate cancer as a life-threatening disease in children by funding promising research that might otherwise go unfunded.
The Animal Adoption Foundation, a local no-kill animal shelter, will again receive the proceeds of Lori’s annual benefit book.

The AMAZING raffles at #RAGT25 raised $43,000 for CancerFree KIDS! Massive thanks to everyone who contributed a basket and all the wonderful people who bought tickets for them. Big hugs to you all!
$4,000 went to the Animal Adoption Foundation, a local no-kill animal shelter.
Awesome readers generously contributed, and I rounded up, so we were able to donate $4,000 to the Animal Adoption Foundation! The Animal Adoption Foundation already received the advance for my benefit books, and sales will grow as proceeds for digital copies of all my benefit books also go to them.
